Does Your Philosophy Agree With Bible Philosophy?

Your personal philosophy is the reasoning that determines the decisions you'll arrive at when faced with all situations in life.

These decisions can turn out right or wrong, depending on the outcome.

But it's ironic, that even right and wrong are subjective, and depends on your philosophy.

The truth is, God made the Bible the final authority on everything that pertains to life and creation.

Even on moral issues such as what's considered right and wrong in His sight and according to His word.

And the authoritative guideline for decision making when choosing a philosophical point of view.

Colossians 2:8

So it’s critical for all followers of Christ to learn or renew their way of thinking based on the word of God.

How your parents raised you, what type of music you listen to, what you learned in school, what you read on social media, what movies and TV shows you watch.

Furthermore, who you hang around and whatever influences them.

All this plays a factor in your personal philosophy and how you identify yourself in addition to the world around you.

Romans 12:2

You must read and study the Bible, attend church, listen to sermons, pray and confess the word of God to renew your philosophy from the one that you grew up and still continue learning and experiencing.

1 John 2:16

You must also hang around people that share your belief in the word of God and whom you can talk about Bible scriptures and stories with.

When trials come and you fail to execute what's in the Bible, these instances act as prime examples of your philosophy being out of sync with the word of God.

Your way of thinking could cause you to create an awful mistake that ends up hurting someone you love.

You won't realize it until after the facts in view of your current philosophy is so strong and rooted in your belief system.

Evidences resembling this prove that your philosophy is the same as the world’s way of thinking when it comes to those particular situations.

And this way of thinking is from the devil and not from God.

2 Corinthians 10:5

Picking and choosing what to believe and what not to believe in the Bible won't cut it.

Overlooking or not paying much attention to what the Bible says won't work either.

Even failing to spend enough time in the word of God to counteract the time spent in entertainment is not recommended.

You must commit to letting the Bible decide everything that you believe and create your philosophy based on the truth.

The Bible is not outdated or behind the times, it is as relevant today than it ever was.

In fact, the word of God is the complete opposite of what seems right and popular in society today.

James 4:4

And this is a result of the generational deceptions and constant tricks of the devil.

It's worse than we consider, as increasing numbers of people fail to pay attention to the word of God and choose the philosophy of the world instead.

Whether it's ignorance or unbelief, it's still happening.

The choice is yours and what you need to discover according to the Bible is clear.

Either learn the word of God or suffer the consequences with the rest of the world, moreover risk spending eternity in hell when you die.

The Bible says that the people that love God's law have great peace.

This comes from understanding the Bible, which is the same as spending time with God.

Psalms 119:165

Mind you, that it's possible to obtain salvation, yet fail to renew your way of thinking to match the word of God, and live equal to hell on earth until you die.

But why would anyone choose to accomplish that?
