The truth is, there are many lies the devil can use to trick people into going against the word of God.

This article is only a list of ten of the most seriously offensive and dangerous lies against the word of God that people are believing.

Serious Lie #1 From The Devil

The devil wants you to think that God and the devil don't exist so he can trick you into believing whatever is popular in society.

Psalms 11:4 The LORD is in his holy temple, the LORD'S throne is in heaven: his eyes behold, his eyelids try, the children of men.

Serious Lie #2 From The Devil

The devil wants you to think that God should fit in with the world, instead of you separating yourself from the world to fit in with God.

Psalms 53:2 God looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, that did seek God.

Serious Lie #3 From The Devil

The devil wants you to think that all religions with a God worship the same true God in heaven.

Psalms 86:8 Among the gods there is none like unto thee, O Lord; neither are there any works like unto thy works.

Serious Lie #4 From The Devil

The devil wants you to think that after you die here on earth, that's it there is no heaven or hell.

Psalms 9:17 The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God.

The devil wants you to think that God can't or won't save you from the wrath of evil men, so he can intimidate you into ignoring God.

Psalms 18:3 I will call upon the LORD, who is worthy to be praised: so shall I be saved from mine enemies.

Serious Lie #6 From The Devil

The devil wants you to watch, listen to and spread bad news, gossip and negative reports.

This way you won't think about, talk about or receive the goodness and blessings of God.

Psalms 77:12 I will meditate also of all thy work, and talk of thy doings.

Serious Lie #7 From The Devil

The devil wants you to point out other people's flaws and talk bad about people.

And he still wants you to defend yourself with anger when people do these types of things to you.

Psalms 31:18 Let the lying lips be put to silence; which speak grievous things proudly and contemptuously against the righteous.

Serious Lie #8 From The Devil

The devil wants you to think that pursuing money, power, fame, relationships and entertainment is more important than pursuing God.

And that the people who succeed at these things are superior to everyone else.

Psalms 62:10 Trust not in oppression, and become not vain in robbery: if riches increase, set not your heart upon them.

Serious Lie #9 From The Devil

The devil wants you to think that the physical world is more real than the spiritual world, so he can trick you into believing all kinds of lies and untrue stuff.

Psalms 104:30 Thou sendest forth thy spirit, they are created: and thou renewest the face of the earth.

Serious Lie #10 From The Devil

The devil wants you to think that there is no consequence for killing, stealing, lying or cheating.

Psalms 14:4 Have all the workers of iniquity no knowledge? who eat up my people as they eat bread, and call not upon the LORD.

We can't afford to live in fear of not fitting in with the world.

We must show courage by choosing to spend a lot more time learning the word of God.

We must lift up our voices for wisdom and understanding of the word of God.

And we must put ourselves in positions where God can use us to help the people He wants to save.
